GALENA, ILLINOIS--The Flying Horse Restaurant & Bar is proud to announce that Jolie Hope has earned the merited title of Certified Sommelier from the International Wine Guild.
Rated by Food and Wine Magazine as "One of the Top Five Professional Wine Schools in the US," the International Wine Guild is a fully accredited school dedicated to fostering sommelier training at the highest levels. Jolie Hope became a guild member in Austin, TX on August 16th, successfully completing the Certification course designed to establish wine knowledge, wine evaluation, and wine and food pairing. The course was led by Claude Robbins, a Guild Wine Master and Guild Master Wine Educator, with over 30 years experience teaching at the university level.
Beginning in October, Jolie will attend the Advanced Wine Course aspiring to receive an Executive Wine Sommelier Certification.
